I ended up needing 2 root canals (ugh) and chose Crossing Dental because it was well rated in my area and accepted my insurance. I was very happy with the team who did my work! First off, shout out to Dr. Habib! She is a fun dentist that I got along well with, and who constantly checked on how I was feeling. She is also the only dentist I've ever had call me after hours to check and make sure I was doing ok after a particular rough appointment! Major props there Dr Habib! The others who assisted were also great: Natalie, Angie, and Aileen, just to list a few, plus more whose names I didn't jot down. It's a very well-staffed facility, they see a lot of patients and you can tell they coordinate a lot between rooms and tasks. They were able to see me quickly and always on time. They definitely cared about efficiency, but were even more concerned with getting the work done right - which was very important to me too! Root canals are painful no matter what, but I really felt like the staff listened to me and my needs at every step, and expedited the process where ever possible. I would definitely recommend them!

When I go to Crossing Dental Group and Orthodontics for my routine visits, the people are always Nice. Angie is so Sweet, she's always Friendly and Nice, My Doctor, Dr. Mercer is Awesome, he's always so Nice and knows exactly what needs to be done when I come in for my routine visit. Dr. Mercer is a very Good Doctor, Lindsey my Hygienist is always Nice and Sweet, she does a Good job Aways and reccomend what needs to be done, it works out every time. I got to meet Shelly, she was Nice and Friendly, she helped me with getting the 24 month payment plan which works for me. Shelly really helped me and explained to me how this Payment Plan works.
